This is a good app, however, there is no obvious way to automatically add an appointment or reminder to my calendar (assuming I didn’t pick walk in). Please add this.
Apps needs updates

The app is m desperate needs for updates. 1. Map search is terrible when zoom in and out 2. There is no way to edit reservation. If you cancel an existing reservation, well good luck getting it back! Would be good to edit and see alternate times than cancelling. 3. No way to save favorite stylist in my profile 4. Would be good to rate not just salon but stylist as well

This app used to be great, now it just loops trying to add My Salon. I guess I will cut my hair somewhere else, instead of the place I've been going to for 5+ years..
Useless App

For my location I only get a phone number for the salon; no wait time, no check in, no notes about my style preferences. What is the point of this app?

Nice that it recommends the closest location. Choosing another location based on preference or direction of errands is a little involved for steps to get to the right place in the maps. Unfortunately we were not able to check in. It just hung up on a message that said “confirming”. We wanted to check in multiple people. But couldn’t get past the first to see if the app would even support that. So far a disappointment. Enough so that we feel discouraged from returning to this chain again. The Great Clips app seems simpler and has always worked for us.

If I were developing an app for my business, I would make sure it ran ok before I released it. And I say “ok” understating there may be bugs but this app is the worst. It tells me no wait time but doesn’t let me set a time to check-in. Then when I call they say they can’t do anymore haircuts the rest of the night when they close in a hour and a half. I like Supercuts but this crappy app may just turn me way since this should be a reflection of their business.
No online Check-in

I’ve been a super cute customer for a few years and the last few times I went to get a haircut I was ‘bumped’ by all of these online Check-ins. Well on this lovely Sunday morning I figured hey, let me get this app so I can check in not get bumped and have my entire day of Sunday events get bumped down the line. Well I got the app and lo and behold ... there is no where for online. Check-in ... the screen shots that exist in the App Store are not the same So it appears I do have the correct app just a crappy Broken version... well done... SUPERCUTS !! Find a better development team.. these reviews are horrendous and you can do better

When I went to use my SuperCut app today, they said I had to update. When I went to update it took me to the app page I clicked on open and then it came back to the update page and would not let me into your app. Just for your information.
works only when you are not logged in to ur account...

Hello, the app works fine to check in when ur not logged into your account, one you are logged in you get an error message “failed to do check in” this is frustrating and needs to be corrected.
Online check-in rarely works

The first time I used the app, I was glad that it let me check in online. But last five times I’ve tried to use the app to check in it only says “Call Salon”. That makes this app pointless.
