I don't get it. Why every single Supercuts on long list of nearby Supercuts has reservation capabilities except my regular one near my home. ✅. Actually just checked app. & issue has been repaired. So glad they listened to my complaint. ✍? Thanks Supercuts!!!!?

Don’t waste your time. Seriously flawed. Often unable to check in. Mostly wrong in giving real-time info on certain shops. Very unreliable.

I used it today to check in for a haircut, walked in and sat down little busy but no one waiting. 2 people walked in behind me and gave there names to get on the list. I waited for only to be skipped. I asked why I was skipped and she said I have to check in with them to get in line. So I asked why check in with the app if it does nothing, she said the app does NOT check you in it just says you are coming in. This app is a waste of time and space.

I can choose my salon and my stylist but not the time. This part of the app is not working. It’s been like this for at least three days.

Online check-in is apparently not a service that Supercuts offers anymore, which has rendered this app completely useless. I can look up the closest salon to me and call them (the only two features of the app now) without this app.

I have not been able to use the app to check in for months now. I keep trying and have to call anyway because it doesn’t work right. Doesn’t show a stylist list and picking a time is not possible now. Either the app is shot or the store lost all its employees... I’m leaning towards the app being the culprit.

Very good app. One suggestion. I would like to see all the stylist schedule and not just those that are currently working. I have to check the app at various times of the day to see if the stylist I like is there. Her name does not show up unless they are there.

Whats the point of having this app if you cant make a reservation with it? Installing apps is inconvenient and takes a little time. I hope when I installed it I would get a return on the time invested with reservations. I don't care for alerts blowing up my phone so it’s possible that when I installed it without alerts I lost the feature of scheduling I don't know. I do know however I could have just said Siri call ......

The first last and phone number fields are little which makes it hard to understand how to add your name on the appointment screen.
