Very basic. Does not list stylists for my store. No description of what’s included with each package. Is not connected to discounts which come via email.

Checking in is useless. Wait times are inaccurate. How hard is it to just make an appointment

My phone is incorrect and I want to add my Birthday. Every time I try to update it says unexpected error, please try again. I had salon update my phone number the last time I was in and when I went to app today, it has the wrong number again. Also, I selected stylist and time to check in but it is gray, not blue so I can’t click to get on the list and have to call or go wait a salon. Seems worthless.

Crashes- won’t accept email

Tried to access appointment system and if kept crashing. Deleted and reloaded and it stabilized. Then I thought I would create an account and could not. I own my own domain and it refused ALL of my email addresses claiming ALL were invalid. Waste of my time.

This app is a total waste of time. What does it do? Just find the local store? My google maps can do that. What the hell?! Do us all a favor and delete the app from the App Store.

All of a sudden it seems you can no longer “check in” on line. Deal breaker. Might as well go to a barber shop.

the app is ok but limited to basics which means it has lots of room for improvements. 1) being available to book an appointment 24/7 instead of waiting for them to open because if i wanted to be seen as soon as they open I can’t book it. 2) prices would be nice too 3) discounts or special would be great and may even make me book more services 4) a means to pay or at least maintain history so we know what we did when

I checked in today at 11:00. It said the wait was 60 minutes but booked me at 1:30 2.5 hours later! I drove there at 11:10 and there was no wait! What a joke! Same thing happened last time! Just drop in or call instead!

No benefit to app vs. walk-in

It doesn’t matter whether I walk in or a book ahead on the app I still wait 30 minutes every time. Great Clips I’m coming back!
