Nice app for appointments etc, easy to use. It would be nice to be able to link a coupon you get in your email etc to the app so you can save it there

The scroll feature could be improved. After selection of stylist & guest the app often times goes back to the default & doesn’t hold the selection. iPhneX iOS 11.4.1
App Won’t Allow Me To Check-In

I’ve tried numerous times to schedule a check-in time, but I keep receiving a message that check-in times are unavailable. Pretty frustrating when you call and put on hold, then have to wait forever to try to check-in with a live person. Why suggest to use this feature in your email correspondence or on the app itself, if it’s not available at all stores?

Can't tell you how many times I try to use this app to find it gets hung up. Currently aka for me to set a favorite salon before doing anything else. First, I shouldn't have to set a favorite. Second, this feature hangs up when I do. App is useless in its current state.

I check in on app and says no waiting I get there and there is 3 in chairs and 3 waiting. Then they said they take the call ins first. So there is an order ...people who call in first and then those who check in on app. And then the app which is saying zero wait time. Just forget the app. It just is not worth it. Better just to call.
Wait times are not accurate.

Add up to 45 minutes wait time to wait times shown. The last time I used it, it told me 10 minutes wait time, was an hour. Today it showed zero minute wait, so far it’s been 27 minutes....
Never works as advertised

Not sure who was responsible for building this but I’m guessing a high school computer class. I’ve opened it 3 times over the last few months to “check in” and its never had the option. Only tells me it’s currently unavailable and to call. Pointless app.
Don’t wait in line

The app let’s me pick an appointment time, and I like seeing if my favorite stylists are working. I can reserve who and when I want.
