Super easy to use. I love the fact I can check in at home and by the time I drive there Kevin is ready for me.

I can’t depend on this app here in the Los Angeles area. Half the time it won’t let me reserve a spot in the cue, especially if the wait is 60 minutes. This can happen in the afternoon, not just 2 hours prior to closing. The worst store is the South Pasadena store. For God’s sake, hire some more people so people won’t be waiting forever. Sometimes the app just won’t allow me to reserve a spot even with a short wait.
Where are the coupons?

I think this app should include coupons. Right now I get emails but it would be more convenient if the coupons were available in the app.

The app is very useful when it works. The problem is 75% of the time I cannot checkin. I get stuck at selecting my favorite location. No matter which location I chose it just spins and never finishes the selection. This has been a problem on and off for a year.

The SuperCuts app is very easy to use compared to other hair salon apps. You can even select what hair stylist you want and also the time that is best for you.. I recommend it!

The app is great. Please also add rewards on the app on the iPhones because the rewards business cards are lost a lot.
