App Crashes & Prices Increase! – Supercuts Hair Salon Check-in Review

It’s happened yet again- when I tried to access the app to make an appointment, all of my info was gone. I kept on receiving error notices until finally I was instructed to contact customer service. They couldn’t figure out what was wrong and advised me that ‘the developer’ would contact me within 48 hours. Never happened. Coupled with this, the price increases and evaporation of coupons, perhaps it’s time to take my business elsewhere....very disappointed.
