I agree with a previous review that requested being able to select from a list of available staff during your appointment but I also feel having the ability to schedule an appointment outside of operating hours would be beneficial. If that is available, I sure can’t locate it on my app.
I’ve used several stylists here. They are all good. I’ve never had bad service. I recommend them to many people and I always get good feedback from friends as well. I will never use an over priced salon again!
Signed in, said be there at a certain time... waited... got tired of waiting and left. But the app is useless. If the app told me to show up in 45 minutes that’s fine. Instead the app said be there in 15 minutes so I could hang out? Just tell me when to come (approximately). Great Clips is a useful app.
They disabled the ability to see wait times and to check in online. What’s the point of downloading the app if I can’t do any of those things. Pointless app

I don’t use these apps to check-in ahead of time so that I have to wait additional time when I arrive. If I check-in and it tells me 1 hour... I shouldn’t have to wait another hour after showing up one hour later.
I used to be able to check in online using the SuperCuts web site. That is no longer possible (at least for the salon near me) so I downloaded the app. Same problem, it only allows me to call the salon...
It always returns the stupid error “email already exists”. So I simply go to my Supercut salon, like always, we don’t need an app for that.
The check in button is absent from site. There is no option to click anything in order to add a check in button etc. No button to add services such as stated in the directions.
