Great application to gain strength.

Simple and effective if done properly.

Do it for yourself

A superficial view of this program would be one of ignorance, as it goes deeper than pure muscle gain. The 5x5 not only strengthens your body, but if you follow through, it promises to strengthen your mind as well. While this sounds cliché, the amount of time it takes just to get to a 100 pound squat will definitely test your patience. When was the last time you’ve made a year-long commitment to something not involving love? Sticking with this program gives you the drive to continue to look forward in life and expand upon your other goals farther than next week, month, year, etc. to the point where your main focus is to be a better you, no matter the timescale. If I’ve learned this only three weeks in, imagine what you can learn about yourself in three months. So do yourself a favor, and commit to your future.

Great App

This lifting program is great and right up my alley. The app is easy to follow and has gotten batter over the years.

Very useful

I use this all the time and it helps keep me on track. Easy to use and all the data is right there.

App keeps crashing

Love the app. It’s helped me reach so many fitness goals, however all of a sudden the app keeps force closing. Why am I paying for a subscription for something I can’t use? I’ll give it a week before I cancel. Edit: Mehdi reached out the very next day after I posted the above review and helped fix the issue. App now works 100% the way it should. Fantastic customer service!

Very customizable

This app is the best if you are coming from the “starting strength” routine. If you want to work shoulders you click on the shoulders tab and you can find all the assistance lifts you need. You can add assistance lifts with Strong Lifts app which you cannot in the other. I weight 190 and I am steadily increasing my Over Head Press to 200 with the help of this app. If you haven’t downloaded it yet ,do it.

Do you even bruh?

The app keeps crashing

This is a great app with one exception; the app randomly crashes whenever I try to edit my workouts. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now the app won’t open.
