Exactly what I wanted

dougontap

I downloaded and deleted dozens of workout apps before landing on this one. Most of them are over thought and have too much emphatic the look of the app. This one is exactly what I had in my head when I would wish for the workout perfect app.

Top of The Line

Botiste

Quite possibly the best lifting app on the market for strength. The customer service is outstanding. All of the work except the heavy lifting is done for you, incredible.

Using StrongLifts 5x5 to get ready for my next triathlon

Great strength tracker

JoMamasSoFat

Used this training method before it was an app. Had to track everything by paper 11 years ago. This is a great free app with timer, history/graphs, weight/rep counts and deloading tools. Highly recommended. Never felt the need to try premium.

Excellent app!

JPriest415

Easy to use and manage and sleek design!

Excellent App to Log Workouts

jmiranster

I’ve been using 5x5 for almost a year now and I love it. It’s an easy to follow schedule and you can make a lot of your own custom edits if you want. I intend to continue using it for as long as I’m on the 5x5 program, which will be a while considering how much strength I’ve gained in the last year!

Great for tracking on my phone and watch

jenn228

I really like using Strong Lifts to keep track of my workouts now that I don't have a trainer. I'm able to plan and rotate through my schedule and stay on track. I really like the customization and ability to make your own plans.

i used the free version for several years and finally upgraded so i could customize my workouts. such a great price and it’s everything i wanted. thank you!!!!

Even the free app is great with new features

Tmasssey

I hadn’t upgraded the app in a couple of years. Too many developers remove features from the free version over time. But I got a new phone, and therefore got a new app. I wish I had upgraded sooner! Even the free app has a breakdown of each exercise, how you should do it, and a little video loop showing you the proper form.
