This app is the best way to control all variables of a workout, it goes beyond 5x5 and customizable to any program. A must have for powerlifters, bodybuilders and powerbuilders, great way to ensure you have progressive overload, volume and intensity meticulously controlled.

This program works. Don’t start too heavy if you’re a newbie like me. Study up and do the lifts correctly to prevent injury and you’ll see the progress you want. I’m 38 years old and this is the strongest I’ve been in my whole life. I’ve still got a long way to go to meet my goals but this program is going to help me get there.
