I wouldn't mind having more accessory workouts than just 2. But it isn't that hard to modify them in the app so not really a big deal. Also, if there was an option for having a standard bar and plate set that would be cool. Standard plates are in different amounts that oly. Other than that I love this app and program.

I love the simplicity and effectiveness of the Stronglifts 5x5 program. The app is very user friendly and with features like the built in timer it makes sure I am not resting too long between each set. I also feel like doing less moves in my strength training has really given me the opportunity to focus on my for such as squats, deadlifts, overhead press, and bench press. I am enjoying Stronglifts 5x5 and would highly recommend it to anyone new to weight training.

Thank you for this App and this work out routine. It works wonders. Please make an Apple Watch version though, so we can leave our phones in the lockers.

Very simple to use. More variety in exercises would be nice, but it works great for tracking the basic three core exercises (squat, bench, deadlift).

Motivates and helps guide me to add weight in a smart way. Normally did random workouts without really adding weight and never had a way to gauge gains. This helps me feel like I am working a true "program."
