I was really impressed with the progress I made using this app. I started with the bar and worked my way up through each exercise primarily focusing on form. The videos were extremely helpful as was the tracking feature used to monitor my progress. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to improve their level of fitness through weight training.

Been a long time lifter. Got away from strength specific training and was working mainly on body weight GPP. I needed to bring my strength up to match my endurance and cardio. This is just what I need to get back to where I want to be. Thank you for the wonderful program and the great app! Pekitijay
Scantron Errors
First time ever doing a lifting "program" I've always just stuck with a routine that just did different body parts on different days bc I got good results. The app makes it nice and easy to track workouts and weight needed. (Only working with the free version right now)
