Would not refund to credit card

Garage was so impossible to find, I’m not even sure it existed. Spot Hero would only credit and not refund the money.

I entered at the correct address and entrance on 11th street but was told on leaving that it was the 12th garage exit (on 11th street) and therefore had to pay again. In using the app I ended up having to pay twice. It was a trap. So better to not use app at all.

We were going to downtown San Francisco tw weeks before Christmas. I know from experience we would spend time driving around looking for a parking place. Spot Hero found us a place the day before, we went right to it, didn’t waste time.

The people at Spot Hero were incredibly helpful. I had difficulty printing out my parking pass so they did it for me & sent it in a format that I could print. The best customer service ever!

Issue with parking lot

Experience has been mostly good. However I recently reserved a spot through the app to learn the lot was privately owned and spaces were not for public use. Apparently someone was selling parking spaces they did not own. Notified Spot Hero but the customer care person seemed to misunderstand the issue.
Lot was full. SpotHero won’t give money back to credit card
