Had to cancel at last minute because ice storm made it impossible to drive. Also treacherous walking. But Spot Hero refunded without difficulty. The best.

Very disappointed Evenafter booking the spot for parking they refused to take our car saying that parking lot is full.

I parked my car downtown Chicago and extended my time because i wanted to and in which my time extended however, spot hero decided to extend my time for a reservation time I didn’t request which led to my car getting towed and me having to pay $350.. very inconvenient.. I reached out to support in which I managed to speak with a supervisor in which the only thing she kept doing was apologizing and stating it would take 3-5 business days with no additional accommodation for me while waiting on a compensation. I asked her what could be done in the meantime and she said “I can’t set expectations until I receive the towing documents” as if I would waste my time contacting you guys about something that didn’t happen.. so long story SPOT HERO HAS A TECH GLITCH ON THE APP WHICH LED ME TO GETTING MY CAR TOWED WITH NO ACCOMMODATION.. unresolved issue.. parking panda is my new go to, not spot hero.

Has worked in the past but now is buggy ASL!! Booked a spot at a certain two hour timeslot, but then payment went through, and the app had changed the reservation time and place! UGH now have to start over

I had such a great experience with this since I don’t go into the city much. But the customer service staff was helpful and made my trip so much better. I will always use this app to get parking.
Wouldn’t Submit and Support didn’t answer

When trying to reserve a parking spot, the app would not allow me to submit. It continually said I need to call Spot Hero Support for assistance. However, I spent 30 minutes on the line and still no one answered. What a hassle and waste of time.
can’t extend parking

usually I love this app. this has now happened to me 3x. I go to extend the parking and I call customer service and they can’t figure out why i’m getting this error message too. it’s not because the lot is full. very frustrating.
Bar code Didn’t work

Have useD this app successfully in other locations but at this garage the Bar code would not scan despite all trouble shooting efforts. In addition the scanner at this garage required me to get out my vehicle to reach it. I had to cancel the reservation. Also very annoying that the refund goes back to my spot hero account not my credit card.
