These people speaks little english, they demand tip. I tip when the service is good. I did not park for free. The dude actually said he marks people’s face who don’t tip.

I have used this app multiple times in the last few months and have chosen to drive into the city over taking the train simply because of it. I have gotten great parking spots at excellent prices and have been able to travel on my own scheduleWithout having to rely on the Long Island rail Road which is almost as expensive as parking &I don’t have to listen to some crazy person wrapping for an hour and a half train ride because nobody wants to tell him to be quiet!The garage on W. 44th St. had the nicest attendance of any garage I’ve ever been in and they had my car available immediately which was excellent. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a spot and will continue to use it myself!

Terrific app! Reserve parking. Cancel up to the minute. Extremely convenient. Have used it a few times. Not disappointed. Have tried others. This is the best. Great customer service also.

It’s becoming a regular occurrence where I book a spot for say $18 and then pull in and the guy says $60 and they don’t care what SpotHero says. I call SpotHero and they do nothing. In fact they even allow to add on surcharges like oversized vehicles when it’s a sedan. ParkWhiz seems to care more. It really feels like a bait and switch pricing.

So the only reason I am giving the app 2 star is because I dont have any other alternative at the moment. I have always had some or the other kind of issue while using this app. Most recently, I was stuck in a snow storm and could not go to take my car out when my reservation was ending, hence I wanted to extend it. I n the app there is a button to extend, for this particular garage, but when I tried doing it, it through an error. I called customer service and they told me this garage doesnt accept extentions. Why do you have the extend option for this garage if it doesnt accept it. This is basic app design. Now either I go in a snow storm and take the car out, or pay the garage extra fee, which btw spothero customer servic has no idea how much it would be. I mean you are working in collaboration with the garage companies and dont have such basic data. Thats terrible. The whole reason why I am taking so much time to write this review is because I am so so frustrated, and I hope someone from the customer service team will read this and realize how bad of a job this app is doing.
