I use this app everyday to pay for parking. On iPhone 7 the review screen button is cut off at the bottom. It’s still tappable but it looks silly. Fix it and I’ll up my rating.

Easy in, easy out. There’s also very friendly staff on site. I’ve used my barcode scanner at several garages now and their’s has always worked.

Spot Hero has the best customer support for any app I've ever used. And the prices for parking are usually very competitive with other apps. Plus the ability to cancel minutes before your reservation makes parking in NYC so much better since parking plans can change in the batt of an eye.
Parking lot full despite already taking my money for reservation

I reserved and paid for my spot. I wasn’t allowed to park because the lot was allegedly full even though I showed up promptly at my reservation time. I had to find another nearby spot after driving around for a while. Ended up paying $60 instead of $20. In addition to costing me $40, this screw up by the app also caused me to be late for an appointment. A reservation system means nothing if it doesn’t reserve a spot. Please give me back my money.
