I’ve been using for 6 years and anytime I drive to the city (Chicago) I find parking about 50% cheaper than any garage.

I could NEVER get my money. Many, many tries and every time it “couldn’t log on”…”try again later”. Nothing is free people.

When I called in with an issue regarding an error code received on the app, agent was unable to resolve and didn’t seem interested in trying to research the issue.
Lot was full never notified

Booked the parking weeks before when to park there and they inform that lot was full and never notified. This happen at the very busy vacation session. Need to search for an hours to get the parking. Very bad service. Never will but thru it.

Our plan changed and I was able to edit and cancel our reservation through the app. I will definitely use this parking service again.
It has saved me so much time and hassle.

As an event photographer from Long Island, who travels to NYC a lot, this app has saved me plenty of time, money, and frustration. I no longer have to deal with finding the cheapest parking near me and guess their policies. The app is pretty good at explaining how to get inside garages. And the extra free hours are always a plus in my book. The app could be a little intuitive, but I’m just being nit picky.

We have been using Spot Hero to find parking for events and parking/shuttles to the airport for a year now. It’s great to be able to compare prices and locations of parking so easily. We recently received amazing customer service when our parking lot we scheduled over the holidays no longer had shuttle space to the airport. SpotHero refunded our payment AND paid for new parking (which was significantly more expensive). I am a huge fan of this policy and will continue to use Spot Hero because of how well they took care of this problem.
