Love this app! It's easy to use and fast to use as well. I use it every time I go to baseball games in San Francisco. Love that you can secure your spot and you don’t have to be worrying about going around and around in circles trying to find a spot. I like that pictures of the garage you’re going to park in are included and I like that you can pick a time to enter the garage.

Paid $20 for parking in the app to reserve a spot for an event. Ended up having to pay $20 again in the garage because there was no way to redeem my ticket. Will never use this app again. As far as I am concerned, SpotHero owes me 20 bucks.

First time using Spot Hero and super easy to get a parking spot in San Francisco 5 minutes from needing a spot. Had an issue with the lot I chose charging me for parking even though I had made a reservation through the app. I called customer service and got a quick response. The rep I talked to took ownership of the problem right away, no major explanation requested and they refunded the overcharge right away. Definitely will use this app again!

Honestly a total game changing app. The one thing I could quibble with is that a lot of the parking station attendants don’t always know what’s going on with regard to spot hero reservations. But even that is getting better.
