The garage I booked was closed so I had to park at another garage that I didn’t book through Spot Hero. The Spot Hero team was very prompt in issuing a refund for the original garage and giving my account a credit with the difference I paid for the other garage. Convenient app and it is a huge time saver especially for parking for sporting events in Washington DC.

Booked monthly parking on the last day of the month and they forced me to pay the previous month that I was not there. Then refused to refund me the money for the time I never parked there.

My husband and I love to go into Boston for games, concerts and even just dinner! Boston is notoriously known for it’s “One Way Streets” and “No Parking”!!! This app has found places for us to park that we never knew existed!! We went to The Boston Bruins game against The Carolina Hurricanes last night (1/18/22) and parked in The BEST Spot we have ever parked at for an event at The (TD) Garden thanks to this App!! We usually park at North Garage, which is an excellent choice, but I decided to check The Spothero App about a week and a half before the game and I found this prime parking spot that was by itself, we literally had our own private driveway! And it was a closer walk to The Garden than North Station!???? I know that sounds impossible seeing as those places are literally connected, but we didn’t have to deal with “tickets” or payment etc..and we didn’t have to walk around the inside of garage, etc.. (not that any of that is hard!) I’m just trying to explain that our parking spot we found from SpotHero was even EASIER AND MORE ACCESSIBLE for getting to The Garden!! And the BEST PART was after the game was over (Bruins lost big! So people weren’t in good moods!! Lol!!) we were able to get into our car and just leave!! There was No waiting in the endless line “inside the garage” and trying to inch our car out little by little into the “banana line” hoping someone will let us get in front of them!! Lol!! Anyone who has parked in a parking garage during big games, events, concerts, knows exactly what I’m talking about!! We simply walked out of the Garden, walked approx 1/10th or less of a mile to our car, avoided all crowds going to the different garages and lots and got into our car after the game and proceeded right onto the street and drove home hassle free!! FABULOUS!! We have used SpotHero for 2 other events (I found the Spothero App when I “googled” ‘places to park for Agganis Arena’ 2 yrs. ago!’) We were unfamiliar with this The Agganis Arena and where to park. The first time we went to see the comedian “Jeff Dunham.” Spothero found us an incredible parking spot in a little parking lot, that was less than 2 blocks from the Arena!! That show was just before Covid hit all of us back in late January/early February of 2020…. When we got tickets to see “AEW Dynamite” (All Elite Wrestling-Similar to WWE for people who aren’t familiar) it was held at Agganis Arena! We went to that show last October of 2021 and the parking lot we used the first time was So Convenient and So Close the first time we used it that we just “re-booked” it again when we went to see AEW!! I can’t say enough about how much I love this app! I’ve lived close to Boston, in a Metrowest suburb, less than 20 miles from our City my whole life. I’m 46 now and I don’t feel like riding the “T” into Boston anymore! (Don’t get me wrong…It’s a great option for people who don’t have cars or don’t like to drive into the city, etc.!) My husband and I just prefer to drive and have been doing so since our 30’s… I also think this App is particularly great for cities or towns that you are unfamiliar with. It allows you to find a “LEGAL” parking space and you know your car isn’t going to be towed or touched. It’s a great feeling to be able to park your car and not have to “think” or “worry” about it while you go enjoy your day or night time activities!! Last thing I’ll add is there are many $$ money options available! Obviously the closer your car is to the place you’re going to (like TD Garden), you will pay more, it’s only logical! However, there are still many great options for less money and you don’t have to walk a “country mile” to get to your destination! My advice is to Really look at what is available for spots and READ THE RULES, each location has different rules, such as; some spaces or lots will let you leave and come back and some Won’t! Take your time to really look at the map that pops up on the Spothero App when you put in your “Destination/Arena/Venue. Look at the different distances from the different parking spots and the different prices Spothero has to offer! That way you can see what will be “best-suited” for you and your family/friends, your budget and your ability to walk, etc… (especially important if you have little kids!) I really hope this helps people out!?!???

Was looking for close parking near Chase stadium. They did not show the stadium parking or any street parking that was free. The closest parking was $75. When we arrived at the parking lot there was on street 4hr free parking available. And parking at Chase Center was $50. That wasn’t even listed. Why weren’t they listed? Must be paid promotions get posting preference.
