I have 2 Sonos amps and an older playbar/one x2 combo. Such a shame that the sound is fantastic but the app and connectivity are so bad. Constantly will stop playing and says “cannot connect to Sonos system”. I reset the app, the network, cycled power to the units, and it just doesn’t get better. For as much as their stuff costs it’s disappointing how poorly this performs.

Not a “user-friendly” system. Offering an independent remote control in lieu of needing to use your cellphone/tablet to control the SONO devices, would be a great start. My house guests also would appreciate this option

Thank you for making a product that is so easy to install, so easy to use and that sounds so good. I love it!

Sonos system itself is outstanding. It’s my favorite thing I’ve ever bought. The app that comes with it needs work though. Little things but if you have a Pandora account with artists it’s not in ABC order. Yep sometimes bottoms out as well.

Not sure why “premium” speakers need to give me relentless ads. But they are intrusive and annoying.

Everything worked fine until I downloaded this app. it’s frustrating to see such good reviews, but also people admitting they have problems. - you have to upgrade your speakers so they are compatible. - now I have all sorts of connection issues even though I spent money on a new speaker.

Sonos, please figure out how to update your apps without forcing customers to take them every other day.
