We’ve had a half dozen Sonos products for several years including a sound bar a 5 now deceased as well as other speakers. When it works it’s fine. However, sometimes after opening the app the screens are gray and useless. Come on guys. Why can’t you make this system reliable? Won’t buy any more Sonos products. Very frustrating.

The speakers sound great - that is when I can play anything on them. The App is so bad that of the time I just give up. I regret ever buying a Sonos speaker.

Great product but the app is horrible. Drops speakers, balky, stops playing for no reason. If there was a zero star this app would deserve it.

Super inconsistent. Never loads when I’m 2-3 feet from the router, which is in the living room where I have my surround sound. Have to go to a separate room for it to connect!

We have a whole house UniFi network and a ton of Sonos gear. It never works for more than a day before the system goes offline. Sonos knows about the issue but they do not fix it or give a guide on what to do.

I swear - you’d think that a group of professional software developers would have a QC process that ensures they don’t break things (let me know if you need a Scrum Master). This is an old problem I now have again: the iOS interface scrolls back up to the top. Do a search… scroll down… then it resets back to the top. It’s unusable. I just want things to WORK. <sigh>

Sound of all 12 Sonos speakers I have is excellent. Problem is the app and the software. Absolute garbage. Always not working, disconnects. Makes the Sonos experience more frustrating than enjoyable. Back to Bose.
