My Sonos speakers work fine. This app does not. It can never detect my speakers. Spotify and Apple Music both work fine with my speakers, but the Sonos app says they’re not connected/nonexistent and that I need to add them. They appear and disappear at random. Other than for initial setup, this app is worthless.
Most frustrating app ever!

Literally the least reliable platform I have ever used. Almost every day I have to reset one of the speakers. I cannot trust the system to work when I need it to. It is so frustrating to deal with I wish I had never purchased Sonos. It is such a shame that Sonos can’t make an app that actually works. They should try outsourcing to a company that has the technology they need. It is tiresome that airplay is unreliable and the app is next to useless. Worst app I have ever had the misfortune to use.

Suggestion for Sonos Radio HD

Back in early 2020, Sonos nearly imploded with a shady decision to make older speakers like Gen 1 Play 5 speakers obsolete and force upgrades. It's now 2022 and my 11 Sonos speaker system has become two different systems. My four old Play 5 speakers make up the S1 system and the seven newer speakers make up the current Sonos S2 system. Splitting the system wasn't particularly easy but got it done and now have the benefits of Sonos S2 while still having the use of my older but expensive Play 5 speakers on S1. I'm also making use of the Sonos HD Radio subscription but needs an annual plan.
Soundbar disconnects

According to the Sonos website, disconnecting for no reason may be due to a television that is old and not having the newest technology. Okay…our TV was 10 years old so we upgraded to TV with all the latest technology. And the soundbar still goes out and now I can’t get it to work at all. Very frustrating!!! Will try again later when I don’t feel like taking a hammer to the soundbar. Great sound “when” it works.

Nothing more annoying than trying to adjust the volume and having to wait 2 minutes for the volume buttons to stop flashing so I can adjust.
