Reconnecting to WiFi is a nightmare

I have the arc sub and two surrounds. It’s absurd that a system this expensive can’t manage to reconnect to WiFi when the router reconnects. Every other smart product in my home has no issue but the Sonos is befuddled upon every reset. When I go to support to reconnect one item might randomly find its way back but the rest disappear. I close and reopen the app and it’s a different speaker connect and the rest missing. Never fails to be a struggle to get them all back. If I wasn’t so invested already I’d sell them all off principal.

At the beginning all was amazing by the time passed All the time disconnect all my speakers sounds like alternative music cuts a lot I own a lot sonos and I feel like I want to switch my system again :(

No meaningful support past the first level of basic idiotic mundane answers like “is it plugged in” “do you have wifi” to address stream drop and Missing device issues

Sonia is the quickest and best way to have a whole House full of sound you can have zones you could have just about anything that you could think of with the speakers they’re great I own 13 products I’m able to have the same music on every floor of my house and I can control it with my phone a simple interface a simple download simple I’ve never had a problem can’t say enough good things about it

The app is really bad and the speakers cannot stay connected even only 15 feet away from each other. Very expensive hot garbage.
Poor synch with amazon music

Does not interface well with Amazon music. We will not buy another Sonos until the issue is fixed.

Stops working for no reason, impossible to solve the problem and reconnect, magically starts working after indeterminate amount of time as if nothing happened. Truly the worst especially to be used for baby nighttime white noise.

Quite Often these speakers lose their connection amd need to be unplugged and rest in order to connect - very disappointing especially for the money
