Airplaying to new speakers and trying to get it to also play the music on older speakers still only works less than half the time. And when it does work it’s after several minutes of closing and reopening the app, grouping and ungrouping speakers, etc God I hate Sonos

Please allow us to control two subs in home theater setup separately, especially the volume .

Discovering Sonos for my home was as Exciting as The Day My Parents Bought my first Transistor Radio in 1959........

The sound quality is outstanding. My issues are with the app and the software. I periodically have to make adjustments to my app to use the speakers. On occasion there is some sort of disconnect that my music isn’t readily available. That’s a problem!

The list is long of problems trying to use this app. Initially paired the Beam and 2 One speakers for surround sound but then had to unplug the speakers and move them. When plugged them back in the app would recognize them and no way to delete first profile for the One’s “Den”. When tried to pair again it created another profile “Den 2” which didn’t work either to pair all 3. Deleted app and created new account with different email address and downloaded app again. When i opened the settings are all greyed out. This app is the worst. And when we paired the speakers manually it won’t retain the pairing when its turned off.

My Sonos produces the BEST sound I have EVER enjoyed! The product, to me, is a TREMENDOUS value and has provided me so many years of enjoyment. “Susan E”

Why would you go back to the old amp days and huge speakers when you can have a Sonos system that is amazing

Products constantly disappear from system. Adding a product to the system fails many times before succeeding.

This app is so hard to use. Online documentation in reference to the app is outdated. Groups function is buried. How the heck do I play on a group once created. There is nothing initiative about this app. Such a shame because the hardware is amazing. Perhaps move some of the people to create that into the app space and fix this pile.

In the two years I’ve owned a Sonos system the capabilities of this app have been stagnant. It is buggy, it requires 30 clicks to do anything, it is missing basic, simple features like ability to turn on Night mode on a schedule, and it offers no widgets or Apple Watch support or anything that might make my Sonos system more ubiquitous. At best it does the bare minimum to use my system. It does not do it well. Please, Sonos, invest in this app!
