We have had our SimpliSafe system for about 5 years I installed it myself, sensors, cameras, smoke detectors and glass break sensors. We upgraded the system last year and I think it took longer to open the package than to install the upgrade. We actually had a break in about 4 years ago and thanks to SimpliSafe the intruder left as soon as the alarm sounded. We were out of state and got the call from SS that our alarm had activated. SS called the local Police and they responded in less than 5 minutes. Our only loss was a broken window in the bathroom and my wife’s favorite $9.95 watch. The watch had dual times, fit her wrist and she LIKED IT. Yes we are what you would call very satisfied customers of SimpliSafe.

Simplisafe is everything they advertise it to be on TV. Ultra-easy to install, extremely user-friendly, great app for phone so I can monitor my system, and the employees are so pleasant and helpful. I feel safe and secure with SimpliSafe.

We installed our SimpliSafe System last weekend. And although it’s too early to tell if it will protect our home from intruders (something I ironically hope never happens) we are pleased. Set-up was a breeze. Very user-friendly. Test period was a good idea. And we went on vacation after the test and the remote arming is a god-send. The internet-based interface is terrific compared to our old, replaced system. All-in-all we love our new system and look forward to it’s simplicity in the future.

SimpliSafe help me design system. Install was simple, and required no tools. Accidentally tripped alarm, and they called within just a minute or two to report ‘break in’. Only thing I would ding them on is the camera. No recording unless you bump up to 24.99$ a month plan.

Needs support for Watch S4 Faces

The app is great but will not show up on the new faces like info graph for the Apple Watch S4. Would be nice to be able to put it on my favorite watch face!

System seems pretty solid except I have missing videos from movement. It isn’t reliable and that scares me if there actually is an intruder.
