System ok, app is junk

Constantly fighting with the app - will it work, won’t it work, and it gives a message that seems to say the default is my device - my device has problems with nothing else, my device does everything else I want without any issues. My connection is good because I’m watching Hulu on a TV with no problems. If someone were robbed because your app didn’t work properly, you going to cover the loss?

I have seldom had as rewarding an experience with a product (and service) as I had with SimpliSafe. It is particularly amazing given how complex, expensive, and frustrating all my previous security system experiences have been — and I’ve had several. The setup was simple and intuitive but also comes with easy straightforward instructions. No wires. No tools. Everything connected as promised immediately. And I actually use it the way it is intended (setting it each night and when we are away) unlike my other systems which I abandoned because of the complexity. Just run it off the iPhone. Couldn’t be happier.
Simple safe

I have had simple safe for almost 4 years now. I am a retired police officer and I’ve responded to countless alarm calls. I have witnessed the delay in the process of triggered alarm, call to alarm company them call to the police and the response. My opinion, simple safe has shortened that process immensely. If my alarm is triggered my phone rings in seconds. I have two children and two elderly parents at the house. When the alarm is set we simply feel safe. Thank You

Spotty notification for alerts with push notification and SMS notification sometimes you get them and sometimes you don’t but this I would say only been happening the last 6 months cause if it was spotty like this before I wouldn’t expect them all the time so when a Secret Alert goes off it shows in the time line but NO notification. Yet sometimes it does. I wouldnt expect perfection if you didn’t accomplish that before the last 6 months, I wouldn’t expect it now.

The Apple Watch version of this app is not very useful or convenient. It constantly asks to open SimpliSafe on my phone...thus defeating the purpose of the Apple Watch version of the app. Fix it!

I received my SimpliSafe system about 2 weeks ago. The set up was straight forward and easy. They offer adhesives on their products, in addition to screws, in case you don’t want to tear up your walls, which I didn’t. The system is very easy to arm and disarm. The app is great so you can interact with the system from your phone. Sir far, so good!

This system really works good and the app is ingratiated nicely. I like the wireless setup and I now have 28 devices connected. The only thing missing from this app is the ability to have it set the alarm system on a schedule. I sometimes forget to set my alarm if I fall asleep before going to bed. It would be nice to have the system automatically switch to Home mode at 10:30 PM if the system is off at the time. Other than that, it is perfect.
