Feel Safe Using Simply Safe.

We have had Simply Safe for awhile and always had no worries when we left our house. Recently my husband passed away and I feel safer at night knowing Simply Safe Alarm is on. If we did not have this alarm system I would not be able to sleep as good as I do. I also have no worries going away to my daughters. I am able to keep an eye on my house by the cameras. I trust Simply Safe and if your trying to decide whether or not to get it, I recommend you do.

Great app WHEN IT WORKS… Not sure why this app logs me out so frequently. Feels like I’m having to sign in on my phone several times a week. It’s annoying when you’re trying to check cameras or get a notification and can’t see it instantly. Happy with the system but the app isn’t as clean as I’d like.

Be aware, if you purchase one of Simplisafes outdoor cameras the time it takes to communicate to the app is more than enough for an intruder to break into your home. Constantly re-connecting in an attempt to view through my $170 camera has definitely left me feeling like SimpliSafe wasn’t the correct choice for home security.

I use SimplySafe every day whether I am at home or away from home. It is a wonderful sense of safety and peace of mind. I like the fact that I have access to panic button in every room of my household. Using the cameras while at home or away from home is also very useful to check on my pets and just to know what is going on inside and/or outside my dwelling.

Tried and true device logic is the best tested. I love SimpliSafe. The keypad and instructions are a breeze to set up, easy to use, and the warm glow of the light on the base station is comforting. The camera setup allows me to view the aloe plants and that, also, is comforting to me. Thank you, SimpliSafe, Bertramsen

Doesn’t meet promises

Someone broke into my house and there was a video from one of the cameras of him walking up to the WiFi and cutting it. SimpliSafe eventually alerted the police but couldn’t give them the video or even see the video. The monitoring is a scam, but you can’t even personally see your own devices without paying for it. Terrible system.
