This app worked well for a while but, then I started getting those awful messages base station busy or you device can’t communicate with the base station. It does no good to have the app and pay the additional amount for the online if it doesn’t work. My equipment is only a few months old and I have a decent signal. The customer service does all they can but when you’re a 100 miles away and forgot to arm the system and the app won’t communicate and all they can suggest is to reboot the base station? It just is awful wasted money.
Feature request--Apple watch app

This is a feature request for an Apple watch app. I have both a series 1 and Series 3 (with cellular) Apple watch. It would be nice to activate / deactivate my system from my watch.

If the app offers to use Face ID or Touch ID when logging in, then why do I have to keep using my email address and password to log into the app? This makes the app almost unusable because I use complex unique passwords across all online accounts. Please fix this!!!!
Does not even meet low expectations

I too have fallen victim to the base station not connecting to the app. Definitely feel like I’m wasting my money. Contacted support and have done everything they suggested. Interesting how it was working fine until the app update 2 weeks ago but they want to blame the user. Looking into other options.
Erratic and inaccurate

Frequent communication issues when trying to arm or disarm system. Just today I came home from walking dog and went to turn off alarm through app. Said it was “OFF”. “Hmmm, maybe I didn’t set it.” So I refreshed it. “OFF” still. “Ok. Go in through garage.” SURPRISE! The alarm is going off! Really?! Is the APP useless? No. Is it reliable? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Is the a reliable basic on, off, alarm the most important thing I want from this APP? Yes. Does SS deliver? Unfortunately, no. I have moved the base station, reset, uninstall and install APP, all that. Still basic reliability and function is questionable at best.
