Crashes Constantly

It’s been crashing constantly for the past couple weeks, even after deleting and redownloading. Same for my roommates who also use Simple. Update didn’t do anything to fix it.

I’m so bad at saving a budgeting. This literally made all the difference in the world. Thank you so much. 3 years on it now and I’m so happy.

I LOVE simple! It’s been so easy to use, it has tremendously helped me save money with the goal features. I have had to contact customer service a few times for other issues and they have been rapidly helpful and kind to me. I would 10/10 recommend. My only dislike is that they updated the app and it’s harder to get back and forth through activity and goals and the other pieces. It was smoother to use before. Otherwise, love Simple!

The app is broken on my phone. I can't login being the app always clears the password field before trying to login - therefore i get a constant error ?

I’m using Simple almost 2 years and have found it nothing short of extraordinary. For support from Simple whether something had gone wrong with my account like a charge or just checking in on my account has always been amazing. I can only recommend this to everyone and after you do you understand why simple keeps me happy. Simple remains my go to when it comes this type of app! I love Simples goal options, it’s a big help to achieve things I want with ever pay check. Scheduled amount move in to my individual goals. LOVE YOU GUYS!!

Who sorts expenses by name and not date? Your own screenshots are of the old way. What is wrong with you???? They Simply hate their customers and can’t be bothered to stop ruining the app. It’s a garbage fire and they do. Not. Care! Every response is some gaslighting crap about caring about our input. ? Give me a break. Put up or shut up with your support responses. You know what you did. Fix your app.

People. The app will take your monies and it doesn’t post where it went. I had some change in mine, I took it from my goals to safe to spend and it disappeared. No where to be found. The magenta give the run around. Smh. I don’t use it anymore. This is not the first time this has happened.

Crashes when trying to navigate to Move Money tab.

Support has decreased dramatically

Use to love the app but hate the hamburger menu vs. the tabs at the bottom. Why change without asking users? Also hate the mobile deposit limitation (“You’ve deposited 15 checks in the last 30 days so now you have to wait or mail then in”...STUPID!). Goals feature is all I like now. Looking for an alternative.
