Not so simple after all

Sold my car...attempted to deposit the bank draft...it has been on hold past the original 5 day hold and no one will tell me why...I HAVE BILLS TO PAY, PEOPLE...I am afraid if I close the account I will NEVE SEE MY MONEY. I feel scammed and I feel extremely frustrated and anxious.

Will revise review when fixed - goal layout no longer in order - very difficult now to move money out of goal and back into Safe to Spend because both options are grayed out. - after tapping a transaction to have it come from a goal instead of StS, it doesn’t always show until you pull to refresh - search very slow

Horrible customer service can’t even get ahold of a supervisor to talk about my account about why they placed a 5 day hold on a check I deposited this is ridiculous and I will be seeking other banking options! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS BANK

This app provides, hands down, one of the best user experiences out there. Everything is extremely responsive, minimalistic, intuitive, and quick without hustle. No extra things, no unnecessary clutter. This is simply the paragon of what a banking app should look like. To the developers: please keep doing what you’re doing and don’t ever stop improving! ?

This app is great. So easy, and Simple’s Goals make managing my life and finances SO EASY! Now the request: PLEASE add the ability to pass the results of the shortcut items on to future steps in an iOS shortcut. I’d love the ability to have that safe to spend Balance in a custom Widget with other data!

I’ve been searching for an app that lets me save for several upcoming expenses that allows me to choose the goal date and how much/how frequently I would like to deposit money. This app would be perfect, but, the only option is to contribute daily. Daily deposits bring the risk of overdrafts for people that are on a very tight budget. If there is ever an option to choose how much I would like to deposit and when, I may reconsider using the account.
