Expenses are no longer useful

An update to expenses recently took away everything that is useful about it. In a nutshell there is no distinction between funds being saved for next month and funds that are available to spend this month. This is severely disappointing for how amazing expenses was before(it wasn’t perfect but it was amazing).
App locks up

Every time I try to complete the personal information form it locks up after I choose the correct address.
why aren’t all banks like this?!

simple bank has just been absolutely wonderful since i’ve had it. i think that if i had a bank like this in my 20’s, one that breaks down & helps you with budgeting, saving & taking control of your finances, i would have had such a better relationship with money from the start of my adulthood. i really appreciate simple bank for who they are, & as for the app it’s great! very user-friendly & streamlined, not clunky/awkward at all like some other bank apps. very easy to move money around in your expenses, goals, savings & safe-to-spend categories. easy check deposit. you can also change your pin at any time & turn your debit card “on & off” in a sense, which helps me feel safe. 5 stars no question!

I have nothing but positive feelings when it comes to Simple. They have always treated me with respect since I started with them. They have always responded to my requests and needs. They have so far, never let me down when I needed them. So, I appreciate as company like this.

I can’t login my Simple bank,it always shows username and password are wrong when it’s correct.What should i do about this?I really need to login my Simple account.Thanks

Used Simple for years but may have to change banks because yesterday my check was supposed to hit. It shows up that my deposit went into my account but no money was ever made available. After a 3 hour call with support they finally told me they couldn’t figure out what happened to the money or why it’s not there but that they couldn’t do anything. It was also a shared account that my wife’s money went into and she lost her paycheck as well. Now we have to rely on an emergency fund we had built in another bank account to make it through the week and just hope simple finds our money
