Simply the best

ZacheryNielson

There is no better modern banking app or company out there. Never had any issues, and it just works. Not to mention it looks stellar and is so easy to use.

Missing iPad support

Rootentity

I am still giving this app, and service four stars, however I was disappointed to find that Simple does not have an iPad app. It looks and works great on my iPhone.

Its ok

Not so bad, but the message support response times are a killer. They take a day or sometimes two to respond to a message.

One big drawback but otherwise great bank

RCellista

For the most part I have loved using Simple. The customer service is personable and top notch. The app has always worked without any glitches and I love getting notifications of every purchase. The only drawback, which is a big one for me since I am self-employed, is that there is a 15 check deposit per month limit. If you want to deposit more than 15 checks, you have to snail mail your checks and it takes at least 5 days for them to receive them and deposit. There is also a possibility of loosing your checks in the mail.

LONG, LONG transfer times!!!

If you are willing to wait more than a week to see your money transfered, then you should love this bank. The rest of the features are great! Just please improve the wait times somehow.

Goals = Multiple Accounts

KyleJones_TN

Looking for a way to keep up with multiple accounts all in one, I almost started setting up money accounts across the web, like PayPal, Coin, PrePaid Cards, etc. just to have multiple pockets of money. Glad I found Simple! (Imagine all the fees and venerability!) I can easily visualize my money within Goals (digital envelopes).

Simple: Reinventing Modern Banking

Simple is the best Savings app ever! You can transfer as much money as you want into goals that you make! Instead of bunching your savings together in one account, Simple lets you spread them out and categorize them into your goals. If you deposit $20, you can put $10 into your goal of buying a new laptop and another $10 for a goal of buying a new car! It's super simple to use. Simple also lets you know exactly when your money will be deducted from your account and when it will show up on Simple. But wait- Simple also gives you a debit card as well! So if you ever need to spend your available savings balance, you can do so with the Simple card. I just closed my Citibank savings account because I prefer Simple! Best finance app on the app store. Keep the updates coming! :)

Not worth it

SolipsistLife

I dislike the features and of how the app constantly freezes on me. Money has disappeared out of my account and my card was deactivated because of potential fraud and I could not use my account after verifying that my account was approved for use.

Keeps my spending right where I like it!

Comato$e

Since incorporating this app into my everyday life my financial responsibility has skyrocketed! I always end each month ahead of my anticipated savings goal, substantially under my spending budget, and plenty of cash to go on trips and cater to myself. Awesome program!

Every banking app should be this simple

mrgnw

It's so easy to use and incredibly convenient. There's no better app I've found to directly manage your personal bank account. "Goals" is an amazing feature that helps you save money for when you need it. Even if you don't think you'll use it, you should try it. Having money *automatically* accumulate in these subaccounts makes it so much easier to save for when you need it. Sure, other banks have online bill pay, subaccounts, etc. - but they're way too complicated and take too much time to use. I can get things done faster on this app than I can on any other banking app or website. (And again, the automatic part of goals is was makes it inherently smarter) Oh, and they pretty much don't have fees. At all. Banks often have literally dozens of things the can assess a fee for, and even credit unions will still charge you fees for things that Simple doesn't.
