Why the robot only likes certain areas

so I’ve have the robot A while and have noticed it really only likes certain areas. I have a large house and wish it would gi to other areas. Can the software fix this? The areas it does go to A good job. but need my whole house cleaned
Not connecting

When trying to pair device from app. After pressing the left and right button together. The app says try again and that you must input password when prompted. It never prompts for a password to connect to wifi. I have the most updated version of iOS. Please advise. Thanks. Update: **no one has responded. Robot still unable to connect to wifi.** *We had another Shark Ion Robot that connected to wifi and App just fine with no problem. We had to send it back because of mechanical issues. Now it sounds like we’ll have to return this one because of software issues. Won’t be getting a third Shark Ion Robot.*
App doesn’t work

It says it’s charging while it’s cleaning so won’t give any option to send it to the dock. It will show cleaning elapsed time still but says it’s charging on the dock while it’s cleaning. So the app is useless.

Registration and profile changes on the app don’t work. Keep getting an error that says something went wrong. Completely unacceptable when I am trying to activate the warranty, may need to return it.

I have had no issues with my robot at all. The only reason it is not 5 stars. Is do to the fact it does not have virtual boarders and I have to use a strip on the floor.
Great product but faulty app

When I first used the vacuum I didn’t have any problems with the app. Now the app shows the vacuum isn’t running when it currently is. It says my vacuum is always at 100% even when it just ran a full cycle. I also can’t get it to run from my phone when I am far away. I tried to run it twice while I was away and when I came home I could tell it haven’t moved. The app updates so far haven’t fixed any of these problems, instead it’s just made everything worse. Love the vacuum though!

Can’t compete registration keeps saying try again later and I have attempted to but still not completed. I believe because of that my Shark IQrobot is having problems connecting at times to my WiFi network.
Needs a little more!

App freezes, can Not be uninstalled, worst nightmare

This is one of the most annoying and most bad programmed apps we have ever encountered. First you need to have to create an account with Shark - Terrible design! Second you it needs an complicated and tricky set up through your home network to work at all, even worse design flaw Third and most severe: Trying to see the house floor map was a bad idea. The app simply froze, no possibility to ever cancel or shut down the app. We even can Not uninstall this virus application, This is a real nightmare and will have to contact the developers tomorrow to get rid of this junk. BIG warning for everyone: Be aware, this software acts like a virus, once on your system you have a real hard time do ever remove it!!!!!
