Great vacuum. Extremely Easy to set and use!

I have wanted to purchase a robot vacuum for a few years now but thought they were too expensive. I was thrilled to find this one in my price range with the technology and docking station. Having pets in the home, it is a constant battle to control dust and pet hair. This little machine is just what I was looking for to help me with this chore. I have used it through the day. It was extremely easy to setup. I was amazed at how easy it is to empty the dust bin and also to remove strings and hair wrapped around the brushes. This is a great design. Very user friendly!

I like the Shark ion Robot, because it helps a lot on house cleaning. You really don’t even know that it is cleaning. It is very quiet and does a really decent job! I was impressed with the job it does on our wood flooring throughout the house. Only complaint is it randomly cleans ( meaning there is no pattern that it takes while cleaning) but it eventually gets it though, sometimes, or I will steer it in the direction I want to clean. Thanks GBWELDER

If you could Two brushes to pick up the dirt & hair that would be killer? I won’t use there name but, like they have? I love my shark & never would I go back to them & you should know who I’am talking about! So thank you for making a good product that is not over price!! Thank You! Rick Schweter!!

I love this shark robot. I’m surprised at how efficient it is. The robot will go in between my dining room chairs and under my sofa. Never a problem transitioning from hardwood to carpet.

I got him as a gift. It took a little time to clean floor of obstacles so he can run around but worth it. He is doing a great job. I like that he can tell via WiFi when he runs into a problem. I will get another one to work on floor upstairs. Oh and his name is Dusty.

I had my husband and two boys but it for me for my birthday. BEST gift ever. I named it “Herbie” and tell everyone it is my favorite Son, because he doesn’t complain when he cleans my floor ha! Of course, my boys no I’m kiddy, but they seem to enjoy the joking around as much as me. Our dog was a little Nervous at first, but now she could care less. It’s shocking on how much dirt Herbie picks up, and he transitions from tile to carpet so easily. I run him usually three times a week in different parts of the house. I still will get out old vacuum cleaner before guess come. If Herbie ever breaks we will get a Herbie #2! Ha!!

This thing is fantastic. Price was excellent. Programs easily. Emptying tray is easy. I’ll be buying another one soon for another location.

Does great job picking up dog hair and dust, which was the reason for purchasing. Only issue is the unit drops off WiFi sleazy twice a week, which required to cycle power. Technical Support suggested putting it closer to router. It is currently 15 ft and still has an issue. Hope a further software update will resolve.

I have had my robot for about a month now. I do really like it, it keeps the pet hair at bay so when I do run the vacuum its not over whelming It has its pro’s and cons, it doesnt really do a pattern so to say so it isnt consistent to get everywhere. However it does get into places it should and keeps things tidy. I dont regret the purchase, great little maintenance machine for the money
