Constantly disconnects

Always disconnects from 1 day to the next. Have to delete the app and reinstall to fix. Defeats the purpose of having app control. I just rub it manually now.
So far it does the job

It’s quieter than I expected and picks up all the dog hair off the floor. It’s been exciting to see it going around the house.
Vacuum keeps disconnecting from WiFi

Called tech support, but still won’t stay connected. It’s certainly not my WiFi signal. It’s very strong and very fast. Vacuum itself is good though. Not great, but a good value for the price.
So Far, So Bad

Only made it to register my new robot vacuum and after scanning the QR code, it tells me to enter a “valid” serial number. It has the right number, so I’m not sure what to do. This thing is likely going back to the retailer where we bought it. Not impressed.
Shark ion can’t connect to the app or WiFi

I purchased the shark ion a couple of days ago and is working great by itself but the app does not work or want to connect to the shark; I tried many ways setting an static IP to resetting my router, making the password for WiFi easier and that was like 50 time I tried and that still didn’t work, can you guys fix this app so it can work properly, because is shamed this vacuum is a great item but the app is a horrible.

My robot works great, Though I have to clean it a lot because of course I have animals but the thing that really aggravates me, as I have to keep signing in, like who’s going to come and use my robot. It makes me sign in about every other time that I try to use it

I was skeptical when got it that it could clean. But I am tremendously happy at how well it cleans. We have hard wood floors and area rugs. The robot cleans better than ido.

Unbelievable how efficient this is at picking dirt and pet hair. Truly run and forget.
