Connectivity issues

I love how this vacuum cleans but it keeps disconnecting from WiFi. The apple app menus are unclear requiring help from technical support to get re-connected. It seems like it would be an easy fix to update the app instructions. The WiFi feature is a great convenience when it’s working.

Love my robot vacuum! Named her Rosie. It does a great job. The only thing I would suggest is that they put supply more of the magnetic strips to block off places you don’t want the vacuum to go.

I received mine for Christmas and have not stopped using it since! I love it! I have a large house thats hard to keep up with! I have many celebrations, it’s so fun because while I tidy upstairs robot works downstairs and visa versa!! Also, one would never know I had 2 cats because my floors and carpet are always clean! It goes from carpet to floors to tile I love it! Don’t know how I managed without it!!

While I’m sure the technology has been well thought out, there are still too many hick ups. It covers a lot off the same areas many times, and misses others entirely. Very good for keeping pet fur under control, but I still need to vacuum throughly myself.

It would be nice if notifications showed up and the notification center of an iOS device not in the app. I don’t want to have to open the app to see if my vacuum is in trouble if I’m not there. Also should work better on an iPad

The system works well, I just wish that you could direct the vacuum either left or right with the app. This would help if it’s heading toward somewhere it could get stuck or struggling to find the docking station.

We absolutely love our ION Robot. My floors have never been so constantly clean. It cleans under furniture, beds and tables as rarely get stuck. You only need to empty the dust pan out once a week and it keeps going. Excellent product and I will highly recommend!!
