Password trouble

Having lots of trouble getting the app to remember my password. I had to reset it 3 times today alone.
Install application and lock.

Easy to install. Self explanatory. Felt like a real techie to be able to install by myself. Locks and app works great.

I have been using the Schlage connect for a few years now and the new encode is the greatest. I love it and would recommend it to everyone.
Passcode Requirement.

Don’t like the new feature which only allows you to use the app if you have a passcode/Face ID enabled on your phone. I understand the concept, but why don’t they make the app passcode protected, like ALL banking apps?
Simple Installation and Setup

Very easy to install and setup. Just download the app and follow the step by step video instructions. Only issue I had was the wifi setup that took about 2 tries before it connected to home wifi (maybe because of 3 out 4 signal bar). But after it connected, the lock worked flawlessly. As long as you have wifi or cell phone signal, you can unlock and lock door anywhere with the app. I will connect Alexa and Google Mini after using the app remotely in a week. Schlage Encode is the best!
Erased All User Codes Twice in 24 Hours

In two days this app has eased all user codes on a door that's installed on a multi unit apartment building that I'm in charge of. It's a huge headache as you can imagine and I'm considering returning the lock as a result. This is ridiculous.

App used to have a battery meter and show % remaining after last update this info has disappeared?
Works intermittently.

Sometimes it cannot connect to my door and I have to try again some hours later or the next day. Also when I open up the app it has me sign in my login info rather often even thought I have asked for it to remember me. It’s a hassle. Otherwise I like the ease of using the app on my phone.
