Great app, works as advertised. Would like to see a search feature or filter by user added to the history section.

I bought an Encode for my home’s front door. Easy installation, works great, and everyone is using it and happy. I use the WiFi app a lot and have only one suggestion. For the History page, I would suggest making the open/close time tags easier to read. I review the data and can barely read the small light grey font. Perhaps a larger, darker and bold font. Thanks

Needs Landscape Mode

Just starting to setup my Home Hub and will be getting the SCHLAGE dead bolt. The app will probably work great...but my hub is mounted in landscape orientation, but the app is in portrait mode. This change would be great.

Will not stay connected to WiFi

The lock does not maintain connection to the WiFi router making the remote feature useless. I will request a replacement lock and update the review if the one I have is faulty or if the new lock has the same issue.

Perfect for rentals!

We have a few rental properties. We live in California and our rentals are in Arizona. Schlage really set the bar with Encode locks and this app! We are able to set up a door lock code wth specific dates and times that the code will work. This makes it very convenient for us. No physical keys involved. I set up the code and days and time for renters for the weekend from California and text or email the renter with the instructions! Perfect!!?

Not an easy product

This is such a poorly designed app that does not make it clear what is happening and constantly freezes with no feedback. Is it working? Will it crash again? I have no idea as the screen just spins- oh it worked this time! Oh but not this time. It makes the lock useless as the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting and the WiFi adapter won’t pair to the app.

Make key obsolete to eliminate those who can pick lock. Replace with more secure chip or tap technology
