Nice idea. Bad implementation

I’ve been waiting for some of my billers to be linked for almost a month now. Customer service responds to messages but has not done anything. To top that off they get you to leave them alone by saying that every time you reply to the message thread you are moved to the end of the line! Seriously a waste of time.

I also never write reviews, but organizing bill payments was a monthly nightmare until I came across this app which easily organizes bills and funds in a visually appealing manner! Highly recommend this app & I thank the app makers for this app. Only suggestion to the app maker is to limit the continuous prompt for the app to make payments for you. Only reason for the 4 star.
Horrible Customer Service/ Don’t waste your time

I’ve been waiting over a month to find out why my Navient loans aren’t showing on my calendar for the last 3 months. On top of this when it showed the bill in the past, it would show the bill due date wrong; which caused it to pop up 15 days too early. I opened a ticket on Feb 11th. It’s been almost a month and I still have yet to receive a solution from them. I’m tired of waiting. Plus they have a Rep by the name of Ashley that is highly unprofessional when talking to customers. Don’t waste your time. Ashley will give lip and not even care how unprofessional she is. She shouldn’t be in customer service. Go work for Walmart Ashley, they don’t care how unprofessional their employees act.

When I first downloaded Prism, it worked like a well oiled machine, the last 6 months or so it has become not so dependable. I’ve struggled getting some payments through, some you don’t even handle anymore and some were late. I’ve really just learned not to trust this company so much.
Great unless you have Bank of America; no tech help

I loved this app. Then in December stopped updating my balance with Bank of America. I’ve sent several messages to tech support with no help. The issue is prism is not prompting a third party verification so BofA will grant access. I sick of waiting. 3 months is ridiculous to get a response. This used to work and I cannot be the only BofA customer to stop seeing their balance getting updated. I’m going to have to find another budget app. This seriously was an amazing app find from the in app bill pay to color scheme; this was so good. But no zero tech support with issues is sending me back on the search for a new app.
