Will not let me type my information in after I linked my bills, no keyboard appears

Prism is the best financial app I have ever used! Their in app support and personal responses back are outstanding for any company, especially an app company. The couple annoyances I experience are trivial and any issues I have are quickly addressed or answered. The only major complaint I have is the time it takes to fully activate a bank account or biller not already in their system. My bank took over four months. The fact I am doing better paying bills is a huge stress relief!

I used to really love/depend on this app and over the last year it has really been deteriorating. More and more billers are not supported out of no where and without notification so when I open the app and see that 5-6 accounts have (!) next to them because they aren’t syncing and now my bill is late it has become more cumbersome than anything else. Very disappointing! It was such a good concept that I have used for several years and recommended to all of my friends. I am considering deleting it now and trying something else.

It’s a great way to track your bills and see what you have and have not paid. Better yet, you don’t have to then exit the app to go to another to actually pay the bill. You can do it in this app. My only suggestion would be fix Capital One and don’t make us set a fixed dollar amount on manual recurring bills. Like the water bill is usually never the same each month, but it’s always due on the same day. Let us set a dollar amount estimate, then when the bill gets paid, let us adjust it to the correct dollar amount. This would also be beneficial with Apple Card because that has to be a manual bill too.

I have been utilizing this App for years with only a few hiccups. Now it has become almost unusable. It takes so long for items to load. It actually may now be quicker to mail the bill out instead. Please repair and/or update.

I really is. I have been using this app for over a year now and love it. My only request is the ability to use this on my iPad...on the side. I do my banking with my keyboard and this is the only app that does not allow me to do that. That’s really the only thing holding back the fifth star. Otherwise, I can easily recommend this app for those who need bill reminders. I use it to keep track of upcoming bills especially during this COVID19 time. I can easily see how to better manipulate my money for up and coming bills ensuring I get all of them paid on time.

Long way to go

I love the concept, but long way to go before it works with all types of billers. Also couldn’t get auto pay to work for a donation to World Vision. Hopeful lots of feedback will help mature Prism.

I’ve tried a ton of different financial apps, but Prism stands out among the rest. It makes bills easy to schedule and pay from the app. And payments I make via Prism seem to clear so fast! Nice to see that credit card balance drop so quickly.
