App stopped working. Won't let me contact support

App won't let me do anything. Anything I click on either says "oops the provided key is not valid please check that you are providing the correct API key" or "oops the provided access token has expired"

The update awhile ago was awful. I left a really long review pointing out all the issues I was having. There were tons of reviews with the same complaints. Looks like Prism took the reviews to improve the app seriously and to restore it to its glory! Love using the app (again) as it’s the best way to keep track of my bills plus the huge bonus of being able to pay most bills in the actual app. Only issue now is that I wish more billers were supported, although there are tons of billers available. Luckily you can add manual bills to keep you on track and more and more billers are added regularly. Good job Prism! App is much improved after the growing pains of the update. Glad I stuck around.

Payment late when made through app

I’ve had Prism for over 3 years. With the new update, at least 3 of my credit card payments were made late when made through app. I’ll be switching my bill apps.

The app has become unusable. I keep getting an error message stating I need to provide the correct API or that the token is invalid. I’ve tried to contact support through the app and I get the same error messages. This new update has come with frustrations that continue to linger and make the app not very friendly.

Used to be great, now it’s horrible.

What in the world has happened to this app. I just looked and not a single one of my billers are left on it. It used to be so good, and worked perfectly for months, and now I literally don’t have a single Bill that will stay on it! Every time I add a bill, it malfunctions, gets removed or no longer works. And in the midst of it, because I trusted the app to notify me, bills got paid late. The owners of this app really should realize that this sort of thing actually costs us dearly when their app fails. It doesn’t seem as if anyone is even updating it anymore.

Have been a user for almost a year now and have been please with the app. Works well and is useful to keep bills organized and paid. The only thing that would help more would be the ability to see my water bill, but I live in a small town and interfacing with every town is a big job. Keep up the good work.

I have been using PRISM for awhile now. Everything was working out great for over three years. Then I changed phones and the app doesn’t work at all. It’s really a disappointment after relying on this app for all those years. When I contacted support all they say is the same thing to refresh the app or to delete it and reinstall. Well I’ve done that and nothing has happened. When I try and put in my phone number nothing happens at all. I was told they changed things on their side but nothing has changed on my side. Not happy at all!!

I’ve been waiting for a months for my bank to update in Prism. And now I can’t even pay my bills through the app. I’m moving on to another app.

This app needs to make it to where I can see the upcoming bills earlier - ie 1st of the month’s bills 10 or so days in advance to help plan accordingly financially. I can only see 2 or 3 days prior to it being due. Also, we should be able to customize specific days in which each individual alarm/notification for a bills is received. And be able to change bill notifications day/time freely. I’m surprised prism doesn’t have this feature. Most other important apps like this already has this type fluidity. Having this setting would be phenomenal!!!

I used to love this app, would brag on prism, encourage people the download and use the app because I loved it that much. Loved the old version. The new version is crap. Hard to understand. Does not show a list of upcoming bills every month, can’t plan long term for your budget. Always has problems syncing to bank. Personally can’t stand the new version at all!
