My capital one checking account and Macy’s does not work. Has been about six months so far.

I’ve liked and used this app for a while but it seems that banks and businesses are using new levels of encryption that kill prisms connection. Wells Fargo, PayPal, t-mobile no longer appear for me. Hopefully more don’t stop dropping off because it’s useful having it all in one app.

Can you guys add a larger/additional fonts? I don’t think I’m receiving auditable tones. Having problems adding Macys and Verizon ..

Don’t waste your time!

Takes a few hours to setup. Most online accounts require additional verification to update the accounts in Prism. This means you are constantly having to re-enter codes to update your accounts. If you get too many codes your creditors site will lock you out. Prism didn't support my bank, so no real benefits there either. Scheduled bill payments were cancelled on several occasions. Just an overall disaster off a service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app.

Great app and easy to use, not great on iPad

This is one of my essential apps. I use it every week to pay bills right through the app or to remind me to make payments. On iPhone, this app runs great and takes full advantage of the portrait orientation. Same goes with iPad, BUT I wish they added landscape orientation to the iPad as well as slide over and split screen support. I would love to have this app open at the same time as safari for quicker access to my bills. At this point, going back and forth between apps is especially counterintuitive on iPad. Please bring landscape orientation to iPad and you are a certified 5 star app.

Love the app, a little glitchy

I love the app, it helps me keep track of bills and see what is due in real time. My only concern is that some bills don’t pay same day, and I have incurred late fees on multiple occasions. I escalated the problem to Prism and never heard anything back, even though they claim to cover late fees that were their fault. There are a couple bills I won’t pay through Prism for this reason.

This app WAS the best, now it is the worst. Constant issues syncing accounts. Currently have one that hasn’t updated in close to a month, useless if you’re trying to keep track of your bills. Seems like I’m constantly messaging for help and always get a “will send to our dev team” and still haven’t seen a solution. Over this app.

Loved this app for years but it can’t be trusted anymore. Constant crashes, billers don’t sync correctly, errors while trying to pay. Can’t risk missing more payments relying on their system. Back to searching.

I have LOVED this app for the last several years...until the new update.

This app has been the only way I have kept track of bills for the last several years. However, this newest update has slowed it down to the point of being totally unusable. It times out when I try to pay a bill, takes 5x as long to actually load when I first open the app, and I get error messages constantly. When this is fixed, my review will go back to 5 stars! Please fix this!

After merger Big Bank started blocking Prism and Prism so far has been slow to react to the problems Mergers to a bigger usually does not go well as is Prism used to be the best now terrible I hope they get it fixed they offer a great business model if they can get it fixed ??
