Thanks for ruining my credit Prism

I have been credit repairing for a while and recently got back to where my scores are favorable until now when Prism marked a bill as paid, but then a few weeks later the bank emails me that they have not had a payment and I got hit with a late fee and a late payment. Thanks alot Prism. I emailed them, since that is how you contact them, and I wonder why that is? Maybe they piss off too many people and don’t want to take calls huh? Well I don’t expect them to do anything, and why should they I guess? Thanks a lot for making my life harder and sinking me. I’m through with these apps, it maybe more work but at least mailing off a check and an envelope I know I can get the bills paid on time.

Lack of customer support

So I tried using Prism and for most online bills it works, I had a biller that wouldn’t sync and then I couldn’t delete it. So I reached out to support multiple times and I can’t get a response, they just don’t answer. I also have a mortgage account that won’t show, even though it uses the same login as my checking account. So at the end of the day, I still need to log into my bank account to pay bills, which defeats the purpose of using this app. The lack of customer support with the accounts that are stuck means that I can’t use the app for how it was intended, unfortunately.

I love this app! Prism makes managing you bills and paying them for free online a breeze. It sends you notifications when your bills are due, and makes adding and syncing new bills easy. I would and have recommended this app to anybody that is looking for a easy and quick bill manager!

I want to give it 5⭐️but...

I think that it could be even more productive... I see potential for helping a person save $, and I think it could really help with budgeting for other expenses like groceries, etc. --- very cool that I can link all my accounts and it does the work for me of keeping track of my bills... I look forward to anything they add on to the app.

Replacement for Manilla

I was a huge fan of Manilla and very upset when they shut down. Tried Moneystream and Check before I landed on Prism (formerly Mobiligy) and it's definitely my favorite Manilla replacement. 4 stars (instead of 5) is not for the app but for the lack of a partner website. I really liked that part of Manilla and would love if that add that to Prism but overall great app and I recommend it for easily paying bills. UPDATE-Been using for nearly a year and still very happy with their service. Upping to 5 stars.

(Update after a few months with the app) I have had this App for several months and I couldn't live without it! I am on time with my bills every month because of this app! I used to be overwhelmed and would forget due dates & get late fees. This app has saved me hundreds in late fees and I couldn't be happier. I gave it 5 stars when I first got it and now I'm even more impressed. If it were possible I would give it more than 5 stars. Always adding new billers & they are quick to respond to questions. Thank you Prism for giving me financial piece of mind. You have a customer for life!

No notifications

It stopped sending notifications of when the payments are due. I checked the settings and everything is on but still no notifications. Otherwise amazing app!

I have had the app for over 6 months and LOVE it! Easy to use, connects to almost all my billers ( even local utilities). One of the best apps I have ever used.
