Horrible Customer Service/ Don’t waste your time – Prism Pay Bills, Bill Reminder Review

I’ve been waiting over a month to find out why my Navient loans aren’t showing on my calendar for the last 3 months. On top of this when it showed the bill in the past, it would show the bill due date wrong; which caused it to pop up 15 days too early. I opened a ticket on Feb 11th. It’s been almost a month and I still have yet to receive a solution from them. I’m tired of waiting. Plus they have a Rep by the name of Ashley that is highly unprofessional when talking to customers. Don’t waste your time. Ashley will give lip and not even care how unprofessional she is. She shouldn’t be in customer service. Go work for Walmart Ashley, they don’t care how unprofessional their employees act.
