Great app with one major flaw

This app is really great! It helps me stay on top of my bills for the most part. That being said, if I could only sync my prism calendar with my gmail it would be perfect. The app does a nice job with notifications but let’s be honest, With all the apps on my phone I tend to have a lot of notification fatigue and miss something from time to time. I know of the auto pay feature which is great, except I choose not to use it because of past experiences (unrelated to prism) and a conscious effort to stay active in my finances. Being able to integrate this information into my chosen organization hub (google calendar) would greatly help me be better equipped to staying on top.
Garbage

This app used to be good, but is now compete garbage. Had issues connecting all the time and doesn’t really notify me. Have had to pay bills late because of them. Definitely not reliable enough to trust your finances with!
Access problems

Worked well when I first downloaded but then they stopped connecting to my bank. Hard to keep track when they lost access to half your accounts. Also no feedback from them except they were working on the problem, 6 months later still no access through this app
Efficient

I’ve been using this app for about 4 years to track my bills and pay them. It has an amazing calendar layout and works with no problem. Doesn’t bug you with ads and is such a reliable source to staying on track with your finances. There’s some bills like small insurance companies (Healthy Paws, Combined, etc.) that aren’t there yet but it’s still a 5 star worthy development. Thank you!!

It stopped supporting my capital one accounts, my directv, conns, PayPal accounts, it’s getting more useless

I love this app when it works. But several of my accounts can no longer sync. I have 5 accounts from capital one and none of them sync. I became reliant on the app to pay bills so I then missed payments when these stopped working. The developers have been saying for a year that they are working on the problem. I’ve waited patiently for the issue to be fixed but as of right now this app can no longer work for me. So I’m back to paying bills the old fashion way.

I use this as a bills calendar, use as a bill pay hub was not reliable and prism’s guarantee is illusory and will not be honored.

Love this app. It is intuitive. Easy to use. Keeps all your bills organized. What more can you ask for? It is literally a check book/ledger/bill reminder/tracker all on your phone. Support is responsive, if needed. Using this, you will never forget to pay a bill. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great bill pay app.
Great iPhone app bad iPad app

This is a great app that has helped me keep my bills in order; but when I downloaded this “compatible” with iPad app. I got an app that does not rotate when in landscape mode and everything is just blown up.
