I have had this app for years. There is always something going wrong with it. Today I can’t pay any bills on it. It’s all of a sudden not an option. I hate that there is no customer service number. You have to send a stupid message and just hope they get back to you. I think I’m going to find a new bill app to use. A lot of my billers won’t sync with the app either. Just so disappointing.

I used to love to this app and didn’t have much issues but now lately it’s missing paying more and more credit card bills even though I’ve scheduled it. So far I’ve had late payments in a couple credit cards in the past month because payments are not processing or not processing on time.

Not Reliable After Update

I have been using Prism for years, but the update has led to late payments, constant crashes, needing to repeatedly link bills/accounts and overall just more issues/maintenance than managing my bills on autopay or setting calendar reminders. I am very disappointed with the updated version. I have reached out to customer service many times (always very nice), but the issues are bigger than they can resolve so I continue to have issues.

This used to be one of my favorite apps, I’ve had this app for years, I was one of the early users back when they had live support in the app and a person would reply back to you in the chat. Most of the connections would work and i could pay my bills with no issues. Now, most of the connections are constantly not working and I have to reconnect constantly, I don’t trust that the payments will be on time so i stopped paying through the app and I’ve stopped the never ending cycle or reconnecting so I just have this app now in hopes that it will get better. I wish they would bring it back to the original look and feel that we all loved. I don’t understand why they changed what wasn’t broken in the first place for something that’s constantly broken. Get connections to stay connected.

Persistent errors

I keep getting a message saying the API key isn’t valid. I don’t even know what that is. I’m getting it on all my billers when I click on them from the what’s due menu. Manual entry billers and billers that auto update payment information. It will stop sometimes for a week or two, then randomly the problem starts again. If you try to use the in app support it says something about a token not being valid. It’s a decent app when it works, but don’t count on it if you need a daily reliable app.

This app has been so helpful and I still continue to use it.. it seems like there’s been a lot of turn over in leadership and development and I’m just disappointed. It will do what it says, pay and track your bills. The interface has gotten cleaner but clunkier. It’s useful to set up bill reminders and to process payment.. I know it makes sense for them to add a few dollars to your bill to make their cut.. but I hate that. Some bills aren’t as up to date as they say they are and I don’t think the bank count portion of this app has ever reflected the correct amount in my account.. so if it’s trying to cut out a banking app.. it’s not doing it super well. Prism, y’all got a good thing here.. please develop the customer experience. Make things more convenient and intuitive to make this app more helpful than an annoyance. That sounds direct, honest feedback though. Thanks for all the hard work the developers have put in. Keep going on this. Maybe come back to your roots a little.

Do not download this app! Read the reviews! Also, sort the reviews by “most recent” and you will see a 1.2 rating after the “big update” LOL. I used this app for years and it was great. Now? Pffft! Bills bouncing, bills disappearing, unlinking my cards on its own, every month I have to go to my service providers’ website and pay one by one like 15 years ago, and I made several phone calls to try to avoid late fees because of Prism. It’s just unacceptable! I’m switching to another app. Don’t know which one yet, but anything is better than this!

Give me back the original app for prism
