I’ve been using prism for a few months and I loved it . It is so convenient to have all your bills in one place at the same time , an app that allows you to initiate a payment effortlessly. It was great , but now ??????? Now ??? I’m beyond heated , I initiated a payment yesterday for a bill due yesterday ..... I get an email that the bill was paid today ..... hello , I don’t need that type of negativity on my credit reports now . I do not need that kind of reputation with the lenders ..... so now that I am trying to contact prism , they are only online , I must allow 2-3 buisness days for a response. Hello this is a very critical matter , I hateeeeeeeeeeeee paying a bill late , I don’t do that , so why would you guys want to set me up for failure like that ????? You can not say that I probably set it for the wrong date , hello prism , all I have to do is go into the name of the bill I want to pay , swipe down and it pay ...... so how , please tell me how , the date is set for today ..... it specifically said MARCH 4th , $50 . Why why why ??? I’m heated .... I am dissatisfied now . Now my bill has been paid late & a late fee is now added .... !!! FIX IT , why would you guys be only online , no phone number for me to call to help resolve or explain my issue ? Why ?

I have been using Prism for a few years and in the beginning it was the best! Unfortunately now, it seems like they are losing more of the larger companies than they are gaining. Capital One, Synchrony, Macy’s, etc are no longer working. I used to have to pay maybe 2-3 local companies (water- sewer) outside of the app. Now I have to pay 5+ billers outside the app and have to constantly check to make sure payments are going through. Understand in today’s world of cyber security steps need to be taken, however to be a leader you have to be able to work with these companies on a solution. Hate the idea of searching for and starting with a new app (SO much information to load) but am looking as I’ve lost confidence in Prism and let’s face it, also in today’s world your credit score is everything. While Prism has refunded late fees it doesn’t fix your credit score with the lender ?

I never review products but prism has been an absolutely amazing tool to have. I feel like a functioning adult and my bills are paid on time. No more juggling bills past their due dates and then being slammed with late fees. I used to use a pen and paper to let me know what was due at what time of the month and to see how I could budget best. Prism does all that for me. I know what to pay with what paycheck and there’s no more guess work. I haven’t used the auto pay feature but I’m sure it’s just as great a service.

This app used to be great! But I’ve been waiting for years now for them to add a few of my banks and billers and NOW every months it seems that one of my existing billers encounters a problem and is dropped. Really disappointed.

i had my account for a month or so. things going good. well my car insurance bill was so. i scheduled thru my account. they paid it with another credit card. well after payment i received a refund on car ins policy to their card. i have been asking them for past two weeks for my money. received one general answer about them using another credit card to pay but no one would address my concern if we’re my refund money went. thanks.

Things started off well with this app. First 3-6 months it was a big help with getting bills paid on time. However within the last 6 months it has went down hill fast. A continued problem logging into Wells Fargo has seemed to frustrate “Ashley” the rep helping. I have noted a few times I cannot access WF from Prism but if I login anywhere else outside of Prism no problems.

Best app to stay on top of all your bills and so easy to use!

This app is fantastic in helping me keep up with my bills. I am a very forgetful person and now that I’ve been using this I don’t forget. I also really like being able to pay my bills through Prism. I’ve never had any problems with my money getting there on time.

In over a decade of iPhone use, I am rarely moved to write a review, but... This app is wonderful. It helps me keep tack of all of my bills and these days, with à la cart TV service subscriptions, paperless and paper billing, and seemingly everything requiring a subscription or membership, that’s no small task. Prism connects to everything and if they don’t, you can do it manually. I haven’t had a checkbook in years, but somethings are slow to change like car payments and rent. Prism turned a trip to the bank into the click of a button. I now can see a clear forecast of upcoming expenses each week and take care of them at my leisure. I never forget about a bill until the last minute anymore either. I highly recommend Prism. They also seem to have a team that add access to popular services regularly as well. Prism is well maintained and easy to use.
