Buggy at times

I love this app and use it almost daily to manage bills and finances. However, lately is has been buggy. For example, I currently cannot access my billers to pay bills or even access customer service to message them about the problem. I keep getting a pop-up about an API or something being incorrect. I will say that normally Prism is good about fixing issues, but as of late they’ve been too frequent for my liking.

Deleted feedback, poor UI

For some reason negative reviews for this app were deleted, including mine. This app boasts of being award winning when it was the old version that won awards, this app has won zero awards. This is the worst Interface I’ve ever used. I have a phone with a big screen but so much space is wasted I can only see three bills on my screen at a time. Today’s bill shows the amount, and above the bill is a summary of todays bills, which is one bill, with the same about shown…it is pointless to show all my bills twice. There is a large bar graph at the top of the screen but it isn’t really clear what it is a bar graph of, money spent, I think but the bar graph isn’t that useful, the dollar amounts of bill and expected income are show and that’s how most people understand bills not a bar graph-who would ask for a that? I’m happy that the math errors that were rampant in this new version have been fixed but I still check the math because I don’t trust this app. I can’t recommend it to friends, it looks like it was designed with crayons.

This app used to be good but now it can’t even properly handle two factor authentication when trying to link a biller. I was willing to give their update just for the sake of updating a try but I guess it’s time to look for an alternative option.

I had high hopes when I first down loaded it a entered a couple of accounts. I thought this is going to be slick, but then the issues started to happen. Couldn’t use my checking account to pay a bill. Contacted tech support, followed their suggestions and nothing worked. The manual enter is nothing more than a reminder you can put on your calendar. Finally I just spent over an hour trying to load my BJ’s card. Got to the point were you are asked how you would like he code sent. Tried .txt and that didn’t work. Tried email that didn’t work. Deleted account and tried over again and that didn’t work. Back to my Bank’s bill payer. Ol’Teckee

I Used To Love This App But Since The Updated I’m Having Problems With Certain Bills Coming Up When It’s Due Time. They Sitting In The Bills Tab But When Due, Doesn’t Come Up So I Can Pay, Was Late About 3 Times On That Bill. And Other Thing, The Widget That Was Once With The App Is Gone. Please Bring It Back. With The Widget, You Don’t Have To Open The Whole App , You Can Just View The Bills In The Home Screen Widgets Which Is Another Good Thing To Keep In Mind When It’s Time To Pay Another Bill.

I’ve used Prism for the past 3+ years without a problem. Unfortunately the recent updates to the new format are more difficult to read, more difficult to navigate, and I’m receiving MULTIPLE errors trying to keep my accounts successfully connected to my billers. Managing the app has become more troublesome than using a calendar and paying directly. So sad to see an app that worked flawlessly ruined this way. What a shame!

Can’t connect

Been trying to connect my bank but won’t allow me. Keeps telling me wrong log in which I know isn’t. I have 2 devices in front of me and can log on my back no problem with other apps just not this one

This app is a must I have been using it for about 7 years. Everything in one place and great customer service. This app has helped me keep track of all of my bills, utilities, mortgages, credit cards etc. I truly can’t say enough. This app is a must have.

Bills not syncing

Some of my important bills are not syncing. I put in my username and password and this app doesn't recognize it. I almost was late which is the main reason why I joined this. I had to go into the actual website and pay it. It appears to be many issues with syncing and keep logging You out. Overall the app is ok. There are bills that there isn't any issues and gets paid on time. This app definitely needs a tune up. 1/5/2022- spoke to support and the issue is with the biller and security not prism. Thank you for outreaching to me.

Billers won’t sync

It won’t show all of my billers even when I refresh and sync then several times. Disappointed.
