Bills go out of sync for ver a month with no alert. Constant issues with bills syncing. Just gets worse and worse. I am looking for a replacement.

I’ve used Prism for about four years. It used to work well. I used to be able to run through and pay all of my bills using the app in a matter of a few minutes. Not anymore. Now only ONE of my billers actually works. Major national billers like Verizon and Xfinity haven’t updated in months, and there’s no safeguard in place to say “hey, we can’t connect and it’s been a while, you might want to check and remember to pay this one manually so you don’t wreck your credit.”

Slow. Out of sync. Worse in all ways. I’m not sure this app could be slower. Bills constantly out of sync. But you can’t view that from the bill. You have to go to View Biller. Then update - takes forever. Then go back to the Bill JUST ADD SYNC BILLED TO THE BILL!!! Badge count constantly wrong. 1 Notification show an “11”. There’s no way to sugar coat this. The app is worse since it was sold to the current developer. How many months/years of “we hear you”, “we’re fixing it” until you realize it just isn’t going to be good? This many. IT IS VERY SLOW. DO YOU ENJOY LOOKING AT SPINNING WHITE CIRCLES? This review is for USERS. I don’t want a developer reply. Bummer. Bill payment is painful and ready to be disrupted. There’s 3 different places to read notifications. Why?

After a few years of using Prism I ended up sadly deleting the app. Missed a couple of bills more than once because the app didn’t pay. Constantly had to link billers. Just too much to trust paying bills with. Used to be a great app. Went 2-3 years faithfully paying the bills until the update.

In the app it shows the bill is “paid” but the bill isn’t paid. Very confusing and not useful

This app was perfect a few years ago. Never had an issue back then. But now every single month I have issues and have to re-link the biller. It has basically made the app useless, especially since most of my bills are on autopay anyways. Finally time to put it to rest and delete the app entirely.

Deleted today after years of use. Hate the new layout/design; it was completely unnecessary and no feedback was taken into account when it was rolled out. Updating review to the developer “response”: What you did to the app wasn’t progress. You made it practically unusable. Good luck ignoring the responses from people who used to actually like your app.
