Used to love this app. Kept me on track with bills. But I miss the old version. And recently, they are making me give an email address to just use the app. I don’t like being forced to give information like that.

When Prism works it is awesome! I have come to rely on this app to keep bills organized and pay bills. When it doesn’t work, it a nightmare! Bills and payments can be late, and NO ONE to contact! Keep track of your bills besides Prism or payments may be late! Loved it! Now I don’t trust this app!!

Once again prism is refusing to connect to a couple of my accounts. This seems to become an issue with various billers at various times. I would love to think I can rely on it, but I just can’t any more. These failures come up fairly regularly and I no longer trust prism to help me manage my bills. I had gotten used to having to go in and manually sync a few bills every couple weeks but now even the manual sync process fails. Sorry to see it go.


Use to love this app - now, not so much

This use to be one of my favorite apps - it helped keep my bills and balances organized. Ever since they did an unannounced “upgrade” a while ago, my app seems to never work correctly. Billers now missing, balances or bills due incorrect, accounts not synching, etc. I really loved this app and use to contribute money when asked to support the developers but now I am on the search for a new app. So disappointing.

This app is one of my favorite for paying utilities on time. You can schedule or use automatic pay feature to save your time. Polished free app and great customer support.


Quality and support are deminishing on this app

When I first started using Prism it was a quality product with great customer service and support. Since the app was taken over by BillGO, the quality and design have diminished while customer service and support have become nothing more than a half hearted response acknowledging your reported issue. I now rely more heavily on Mint for tracking my spending and financial accounts and biller sites for paying bills.

For the longest time, this app was one of my favorites. I’ve used it for many, many years, maybe close to 10 years before the app became more well known. It kept my bills and accounts in one place and made it easy to keep track of and pay bills. I had used Mint for a long time prior to this one and deleted the Mint account in favor of this one. However, after the last few updates and continuous problems with syncing my accounts the past year or so, I’m finally giving it up and trying to replace it with something else. The customer service is great, and for the most part, when it works properly, it’s a great app. However, it’s usefulness for me isn’t what it used to be, or should be, so I’m sadly leaving it behind. Thank you for the many, many years of financial organization and the responsive customer service!

1st let me say that I’ve been using Prism for about 8 years, appreciate what it is designed to do and grew to depend on it as a bill payment reminder and processor. Unfortunately though I can no longer trust Prism to process scheduled payments due to the recent uncertainty that payments will actually be confirmed by my billers before their due dates. I'm therefore questioning whether their having so much of my financial information and not being able to render anything more than reminders to pay is now wise. I've brought this to their attention many times and they have been very responsive but unfortunately unable to offer anything more than to pay late fees, which were never actually incurred but I am now concerned about the possible damage to my credit rating if I continue to depend on Prism to process payments for me.

Honestly, it was great while it lasted. I now can’t pay anything due to “API” error or “token expired” error. Will reinstall to see if it fixes itself. However, the last few updates and last 2 years have been a pain in the butt. They can’t link billers for us anymore. No more support for these billers apparently. So now I have several apps to pay bills when it used to be just this one. Lastly, idk why I even sent “tips” in support of them when it feels like they support less and less. Yeah, I get it. You can only do so much. However, just replying to complaints with no real solutions don’t really help. Fix your billers issues and fix this stupid api/token error.
